From humble beginnings, he came to Hyderabad in the 1990s with just ₹60,000 and a vision. Despite challenges and debts that forced him to start over, his inner sense of abundance never wavered. His unshakeable faith in himself and the universe guided him through every phase. Discipline defines his life, with yoga, meditation, and daily journaling helping him align his intentions. As he says, “Writing connects the subconscious to your goals—it’s powerful.”

His bold vision led to the creation of the Jayadarshini Township, a sprawling 400-acre development, with Advait Resort Villas as a project close to his heart.
